Just to be certain about how you're measuring the latency. The TI-RTOS kernel has a benchmark project that we use to measure the interrupt latency. This is a more trusted way of measuring it. I'm attaching the source and config file for you. Use the same approach to measure in your original application and let me know what you're getting.
