were you able to use the CSI2 interface to capture video?
Im dealing with exactly the same issue, I found that not all CSI2 registers where being set to the correct value by checking the CSI2 registers, from 0x5C00 1000 to 0x5C00 108C to see the configuration.
Is extra configuration for CSI2 needed? Perhaps using issCsi2rxConfig() functions?
