Part Number: AM3359 Tool/software: Linux Hi, I have read this " Linux/ PROCESSOR-SDK-AM335X : Ethernet/IP support" in ti E2E community. link as follows: I will need the Ethernet/IP protocol in AM335x Linux SDK for my project. Is there any plan about Ethernet/IP for Linux SDK in the future? Or we have to develop protocol by ourselves? Thanks & Regards, Y. Chang

Hi Changeb, AFAIK there is no fixed date when/if Ethernet/IP will be included in PROCESSOR-SDK-LINUX-AM335X. You might subscribe to receive alert notifications when there is new PROCESSOR-SDK-LINUX-AM335X from the "Alert Me" button in the below page: www.ti.com/.../processor-sdk-am335x When you receive alert for new linux PSDK release you can check the Processor_SDK_Linux_Release_Notes and Processor_SDK_Linux_Kernel_Release_Notes for what is added in this new release, and check specifically if Ethernet/IP is added. processors.wiki.ti.com/.../Processor_SDK_Linux_Release_Notes processors.wiki.ti.com/.../Processor_SDK_Linux_Kernel_Release_Notes Regards, Pavel
I hacked the mmc drivers in u-boot and linux and the problem is gone. I had to add a patch after the micro SD was always recognized correctly but if I had the micro SD card inserted it could not boot.
We solved this issue by using part uuid as the method of defining the boot devices. See this u-boot patch: https://lists.denx.de/pipermail/u-boot/2015-August/225415.html
