pic_init_qp_minus26（在pps里面）

I use  EZSDK,DM8168.

Now,

SPS frame begining is 00 00 00 01 27

PPS fream begining is 00 00 00 01 28

But

I need to let SPS bgeining is 00 00 00 01 67 and PPS begining is 00 00 00 01 68

I should modify what parameters?
