I’m using the loggerbuf because for these events I could easily write my own functions to format the event en send them over an interface through our system. For the UAI events I could not find these functions or get the same level of functionality.
I’ll give a simple sematic overview of our system:
A log event created on DSP 3 must be send as unformatted event over the interface to DSP2 and passed to DSP1 for doing the proper formatting. From DSP 1 it will be send to the LOG server running on the PC.
My problem still remains. The log strings which are normally loaded onto the target DSP2 DSP3 and DSP4 must be loaded in DSP1 because this one will do the conversion from an event to readable message. I can pass the unformatted events through our system but I’m not able to get them converted into readable text.
