I was using the TMDXEVM6678L with one C6678 DSP. I was working under the Desktop-Linux-SDK and connected the board via PCIe with my PC. Based on the demo in Desktop-Linux-SDK which sends a big file to DSP's memory, makes a copy there and then gets it back. This demo doesn't use any SYS/BIOS features, so I tried to modified the demo and wrap the demo function at DSP side in a SYS/BIOS task. I'd like to repeat the demo using SYS/BIOS features. I compiled the code in CCS (I could not compile it with the original project with makefile, so I ported them to CCS), I can make sure nothing has been changed except creating a SYS/BIOS task for the demo function at DSP side.
The problem was that the demo could not work, and it was stuck at the point when the host is query the mailbox from DSP. That means there is no mailbox message sent from DSP or DSP doesn't initialize the mailbox channel at all. Does anyone know what's the problem is, thank you very much!
