An update:

If I change the NDK back to llEnter()/llExit() pairing using task priority then I get:

00058.383 Illegal priority call to llEnter()
00058.384 Illegal call to llExit()

00058.387 Illegal priority call to llEnter()
00058.388 Illegal call to llExit()
00058.389 Illegal priority call to llEnter()

If this is related to http://e2e.ti.com/support/embedded/tirtos/f/355/t/258234.aspx then it looks like im facing

an upgrade to Sys/Bios?
